YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE TWO AND A HALF SIMS QUEST BEFORE YOU CAN BEGIN THIS QUEST

COMPLETING THIS QUEST UNLOCKS THE PREMIUM RESIDENCE WHICH GIVES YOU BIGGER HOUSES NEXT TO THE OCEAN. IF YOU COMPLETE THIS QUEST IN THE 2 DAY TIME LIMIT YOU WILL UNLOCK THE BEACHSIDE ESCAPE HOUSE. YOU CAN STILL COMPLETE THIS QUEST ONCE THE TIME IS UP TO UNLOCK PREMIUM RESIDENCES AND THE REAL ESTATE AGENT CAREER YOU JUST WON’T GET THE BEACHSIDE HOUSE

Times may vary depending on the star rating the item has.

• Read House, Garden and Llamas Magazine- 1 hour (you can find this in the stack of magazines)

• Call real estate agent on phone- 5 minutes
• Watch sim house blitz on TV- 13 hours
• Have a double shot of coffee- 1 minute (if blue footprints appear read this post)
• Call a sim to the park

• Perform fake auction with ducks in the park- 2 minutes
• Wash hands in the sink- 7 seconds
• Build the real estate agency- time and price varies (need more money?)

Where do I find it? Click on a house to build it and a list of houses you can build will appear, find the beachside escape in the list:

• Watch sim house blitz on tv- 3 hours 40 minutes
• Have a double shot of coffee- 1 minute (if blue footprints appear read this post)
• Call a sim to the park
• Perform fake auction with ducks in the park- 8 minutes 30 seconds
• Feed the ducks in the park- 15 minutes
• Bake pumpkin pie- 10 hours
• Wash hands in the sink- 7 seconds
• Build the real estate agency- time and price varies (need more money?)
• Get a sim a job as a real estate agent
• Have a sim dance to a stereo- 2 minutes 42 seconds
